the Black Forest is the glass-blowing workshop in Wolfach.

The magician and alchemist Doctor Faust once lived in the winding alleys. He was called by the
lords of the castle and produced gold for them until 1539 when he was fetched by
“Mephistopheles, one of the higher devils”. Yet the magic of the little town endures today and
